REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

1. Refund Policy

A. Digital Products (Non-Refundable)

All digital products such as ebooks, templates, downloadable files, courses, or digital tools are non-refundable once delivered.

Reasons:

  • Digital goods cannot be returned.

  • Once accessed or downloaded, the product is considered “consumed”.

Please check product details carefully before ordering.


B. Physical Products (If Applicable)

Refunds for physical products are only provided in the following cases:

Eligible Conditions

You may request a refund if:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received a defective product

  • You received the wrong item

Ineligible Conditions

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • The product was damaged after delivery

  • The product was used

  • The customer did not like the product after purchase

  • The customer entered incorrect details (address, phone, email, etc.)


C. Time Window for Refund Request

You must request a refund within 24–48 hours of delivery for physical items.
Requests after this window may not be accepted.


D. Refund Processing

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–7 business days

  • Courier delays and bank delays are not in our control


2. Cancellation Policy

A. Order Cancellation by Customer

You may cancel your order before it is shipped or delivered.

Cancellations will NOT be accepted if:

  • The order is already shipped

  • The digital product is already delivered via email/download link

Once shipped/delivered, cancellation is not possible.


B. Order Cancellation by Ayushman Labs

We reserve the right to cancel orders if:

  • Payment is incomplete or suspicious

  • The product is out of stock

  • Incorrect information was provided

  • The order violates our Terms & Conditions

In such cases, a full refund will be issued.


3. Replacement Policy (For Physical Products)

We offer replacement only for:

  • Wrong item

  • Damaged item

  • Manufacturing defect

Replacement request must be made within 24–48 hours of delivery.


4. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

5. No Refund Policy for Promotional or Discounted Items

Items purchased under:

  • Sales

  • Special discounts

  • Combo offers

  • Limited-time campaigns

…are not eligible for refunds unless damaged or defective.
